Obverse description Two outline crescents arranged back-to-back in the field, with two pellets occupying the space between them. The central motif is set upon a vertical wreath pattern, defined by two parallel lines from which rows of pellets extend perpendicularly, creating a decorative lattice consistent with Iceni stylistic conventions.

Reverse description Horse advancing to right with a prominent large oval head and a single pellet denoting the eye; the mane is rendered as a corn ear motif characteristic of Iceni coinage. The letter S appears below the head. A pelletal sun, commonly described as a daisy motif, is positioned above the horse. Two pellets appear beneath the tail. In place of the tribal inscription normally found on authentic issues, three pellets arranged in a line substitute the legend, identifying this piece as a contemporary counterfeit.
