Reverse description A stylised Pegasus depicted in right-facing profile, rendered in the abstracted Celtic artistic tradition characteristic of southern British Iron Age coinage. The winged horse is shown in a prancing or galloping posture, with prominent wing plumage rendered as radiating lines above the body. A beaded border partially encircles the design. The flan is irregular and the strike uneven, consistent with the hand-hammered production technique of this late pre-Roman British series.
