Reverse description Within a wreath of laurel, the votive inscription is arranged in four lines across the central field: VOTIS / XV / MVLTIS / XX, commemorating the emperor's completed fifteenth and wished-for twentieth anniversary vows. The wreath is tied at its base with a ribbon, and the mint mark ANT appears in the exergue below, denoting the Antioch mint. Small decorative pellets or cross-shaped ornaments are interspersed between the lines of text. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with the refined silversmithing tradition of the eastern imperial ateliers.
