| Obverse description | Crudely rendered stylized design occupying the entire field, depicting a coiled or intertwined serpentine or dragon-like creature with scaled body texture, executed in low relief in a primitive hand-struck manner. A central circular motif is visible at the heart of the composition, surrounded by interlocking curved lines suggestive of a territorial or geographic outline. The border is formed by a continuous band of scale-like or crescent punched decoration. No legend or inscription appears on this face. |

| Reverse description | Plain, lightly textured field bearing a large, crudely incised fractional denomination in the centre, with the letter 'T' for Tical and the fraction '1/4' rendered in bold, hand-cut numerals occupying the majority of the field. Two small decorative curl or scroll motifs appear to the left and right of the central denomination, flanking it symmetrically. The execution is entirely primitive, consistent with emergency or clandestine coinage struck under rudimentary conditions. No additional legend or border decoration is present. |
