Obverse description	Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Corinthian-style helmet adorned with a raised crest; the facial features are rendered in a robust Hellenistic style typical of Apulian civic bronzes. The neck and cheek-pieces of the helmet are clearly delineated, and traces of the goddess's hair are visible beneath the helmet brim. The field is plain, with no visible inscription on this side.
