Reverse description The goddess Fortuna Redux rendered standing in full figure, facing left, draped in a long chiton and himation. In her extended right hand she holds an olive branch, while her left hand rests a rudder upon a globe set at her feet; a cornucopiae is cradled in the crook of her left arm, symbolising abundance and safe return. The senatorial authorisation mark S C (Senatus Consulto) is placed in the field to either side of the central figure, with the reverse legend distributed around the periphery.
