Reverse description The personification of Roma seated left on a cuirass and arms, helmeted and draped, extending her right arm forward and resting her left hand on a large round shield, with a parazonium leaning against her left side. A Victory figure appears behind her right shoulder. The large senatorial authority marks S and C flank the central figure in the field to left and right respectively, and the legend ROMA appears in the exergue below a ground line on which Roma's feet rest. The composition is framed by a beaded border.
