Obverse description Laureate, draped bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and laurel wreath. The paludamentum is visible over the left shoulder, with the drapery folds articulated across the chest. The imperial effigy is presented in three-quarter view from the front, conveying regal authority characteristic of Hadrianic portraiture. The encircling Latin legend runs continuously around the periphery of the obverse field.
