| Reverse description | Adventus scene depicting Serapis and Isis standing right, facing Hadrian and Sabina standing left; between the two groups an altar serves as the central focal point. Serapis, identified by his modius crown, extends his right hand to clasp that of Hadrian in a dextrarum iunctio, while Isis holds a sistrum in her left hand. Sabina, standing behind Hadrian, raises her right hand in salutation, the composition commemorating Hadrian's imperial visit to Alexandria.
