Reverse description The personification of Roma seated to the left upon a cuirass, depicted as a helmeted and draped female figure in the classical tradition. She holds an upright spear in her raised right hand, while her left arm rests upon a large, oval shield set beside her. The exergue is plain, and the field carries the senatorial authorization mark S C flanking the central figure. The composition follows the standard Roma reverse type employed on Julio-Claudian and early Flavian-period aes coinage.
