| Obverse description | Laureate head of Domitian facing right, wearing an aegis at the truncation of the neck, with finely rendered hair and a ribbon trailing behind. The portrait is rendered in high relief in the Flavian imperial style, with strong facial features characteristic of official court portraiture.
