Obverse description Bare laureate head of Apollo in right profile, rendered in the Ibero-Hellenistic style characteristic of late Republican Hispanian coinage. The effigy occupies the majority of the flan, with a wreath of laurel visible atop the head and long hair falling behind the neck. The facial features are boldly modelled, with a prominent nose and strong jaw. The field is plain, with no legend or additional devices. The coin shows typical flan irregularity and heavy patination consistent with hammered provincial bronze issues.
