| Reverse description | Central device depicts the Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed, with wings spread, each head surmounted by a small crown and both heads together beneath a larger central imperial crown. The eagle bears on its breast an ornate shield with the St. George and dragon motif. The eagle's talons clutch a sceptre to the dexter and an orb to the sinister.
