Nescafé's "Mecu" promotional series, issued in Spain during the 1980s and 1990s, distributed these copper medallions as collectible premiums redeemable through coffee packaging. The Hadrian Britannia piece references the Emperor's visit to Britain around 122 AD — the same trip that initiated construction of the wall bearing his name — but this is a modern fantasy replica with no authentic ancient counterpart in this form.
