| Obverse description | Crowned facing royal bust of King Peter IV set within a quadrilobe frame, the effigy depicted full-face with stylized facial features characteristic of 14th-century Aragonese coinage. The crown is rendered with decorative fleur-de-lis points above the brow. The bust is contained within an inner beaded or cable border, with the circular Latin legend running between the inner and outer borders of the coin. |
