Obverse description Bare-headed and laureate bust of Emperor Titus facing left, depicted with characteristic short curly hair rendered in fine relief. The effigy presents the emperor in an naturalistic Flavian portrait style, with the neck truncation visible at the lower rim. The encircling Latin legend is distributed around the obverse field, reading from the left side of the flan. The overall composition is typical of Flavian quinarii struck at Rome during the brief reign of Titus.
