She is seated facing left, holding the Sovereign`s Sceptre with Cross in her right hand and Orb in her left. She wears a velvet mantle edged with ermine fur, the Coronation ring, the Coronation necklace and the Imperial State Crown.  The obverse is common to all 10 medals in the set.
