| Obverse description | A ship's rudder upright upon a globe shown in left profile, depicted in low relief at center of field. The rudder and globe together serve as the principal type, symbolizing imperial dominion over the seas and the known world. The surrounding legend reads IMP VESPASIAN AVG in Latin characters disposed around the periphery. The style is consistent with the anonymous quadrans coinage of the Flavian period, struck without a portrait to distinguish this small denomination. |

| Obverse lettering | IMP VESPASIAN AVG (Translation: Supreme commander Vespasian, emperor.) |
| Reverse description | Within a laurel wreath composed of tied branches forming a circular border, the senatorial mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is inscribed in two large letters at center field. The wreath is carefully rendered with paired leaves meeting at four points around the circumference, tied at the base. The entire composition is spare and bold, consistent with the functional aesthetic of Flavian bronze small denomination coinage. No additional devices or exergual markings are present. |
