Obverse description A Judaea Capta-type palm tree rendered in stylized relief occupies the center of the field, its fronds spreading symmetrically to either side above a prominent trunk. The design alludes to Rome's victory over Judaea. The circular Latin legend runs along the coin's periphery, framing the central device. The flan is irregularly shaped, as characteristic of hammered small bronze denominations of the Flavian period.

Reverse description A vexillum (legionary standard) is depicted centrally, shown as a rectangular cloth banner suspended from a crossbar atop a pole, with decorative elements visible on the fabric. The standard is rendered in a flat, schematic style typical of Flavian bronze coinage. To the left and right of the pole base appear the letters S and C (Senatus Consultum), confirming senatorial authorization for this bronze issue. The surrounding legend is distributed across the field and periphery, recording Vespasian's imperial titles.
