Obverse description Central device depicts a clasped right hands (dextrarum iunctio) motif within a circular border, symbolizing concordia or civic agreement. The surrounding legend, partially legible due to wear and corrosion, reads the names of the three monetales magistrates: PVLCHER, TAVRVS, and REGVLVS, arranged around the periphery. The flan is irregular and the surfaces exhibit heavy patination consistent with an ancient bronze coin of the Augustan period. The design is rendered in low relief characteristic of hammered Roman bronze coinage of this era.
