| Obverse description | Bare or helmeted head of a male figure facing right, rendered in a provincial Ibero-Roman style with coarse but expressive engraving. The portrait occupies the central field of the flan, with the hair or helmet crest indicated by incised striated lines. The flan is irregularly shaped, typical of late Republican Iberian bronze coinage, and the relief is moderately worn. No legend is present on the obverse. |

| Reverse description | A horseman or equestrian figure depicted in right-facing profile, rendered in the characteristic Iberian style common to northeastern Hispanian bronze issues of the late Republican period. The rider and mount occupy the central field, with the figure appearing in a galloping or striding posture. Below or around the equestrian device, the abbreviated legend EMP is present in Latin characters, identifying the issuing city of Emporia (modern Empúries, Catalonia). The flan is irregular and the strike is typical of locally produced provincial bronze coinage. |
