| Obverse description | Small, irregularly shaped hammered silver flan bearing a central Arabic inscription in two lines within the field, reading the Shahada. The script is rendered in a typical Almoravid Maghribi style, with fluid cursive strokes filling the available space. The legends are disposed without an encircling border, consistent with late Almoravid qirat coinage. The die-cut lettering shows characteristic shallow relief and slightly uneven strike typical of this denomination and period. |
