Obverse description Crudely struck hammered silver flan bearing multi-line Arabic Kufic inscription occupying the central field, the legend rendered in angular script characteristic of early Sindhi coinage. A dotted border or pellet ring frames the right portion of the design, typical of the Qanhari damma series. The irregular flan displays characteristic surface porosity and toning consistent with hammered issues of the Abbasid-influenced Sind administration. The script elements appear arranged in stacked horizontal registers across the field.
