| Reverse description | The reverse bears an imitation of an Arabic inscription filling the central field, composed of pseudo-Arabic or debased Arabic script arranged in multiple registers within a circular border. The lettering, while drawing on Tatar-Mongol monetary traditions inherited from the Golden Horde, is non-functional and decorative in character, reflecting the cultural and political milieu of early 15th-century Muscovite coinage.
