| Obverse description | Central field depicts a bird in left profile, rendered in a schematic, boldly struck style typical of Golden Horde copper coinage. An asterisk or star ornament accompanies the bird motif in the field. An Arabic inscription appears above the bird, conveying the legend meaning 'strong money.'
