| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a stylised solar or tamgha symbol with radiating elements, characteristic of Golden Horde anonymous copper coinage of the early 8th century AH. The device, rendered in low relief on an irregularly shaped flan, displays a multi-pointed or wheel-like form whose rays extend toward the periphery of the coin. The strike is typical of hammered provincial workshop production, resulting in uneven surface relief and partial weakness at the edges. The field surrounding the central symbol is plain and unlettered. Overall execution reflects the utilitarian character of base-metal fractional coinage issued during the reign of Khan Toqta. |

| Reverse description | Central field bears a two-line Arabic-script legend arranged horizontally across the flan, reading the mint name Qrim (Crimea) above and the AH date 708 (corresponding to AD 1309) below. The inscription is struck in low relief on an irregularly shaped copper flan, with characteristically rough surfaces and partial weakness consistent with hammered provincial workshop production. The lettering, though worn and partially obscured by heavy verdigris patination, retains legible Arabic characters in both lines. No border or decorative device surrounds the legend. The reverse type conforms to the standard format of Golden Horde anonymous puls issued at the Qrim mint during this period. |
