Obverse description Draped bust of Tyche facing left, her head adorned with an elaborately ornamented mural crown, rendered in a bold Hellenistic style typical of Pontic Greek civic coinage of the late fourth century BC. The facial features are modelled in relatively high relief with a broad, fleshy treatment characteristic of provincial Greek engraving. A dotted border encircles the flan. The field is plain, with no additional symbols or inscriptions.

Reverse description A Scythian horseman depicted in vigorous motion galloping to the right, his right arm raised and brandishing a spear in a dynamic martial posture. The horse is shown at full gallop with legs extended, rendered in a lively if somewhat provincial Hellenistic style. To the left of the design appears the abbreviated magistrate name in Greek letters. The overall composition fills the flan and reflects strong local Bosporan artistic influence.
