| Obverse description | Central field features the interlaced Cyrillic monogram of Empress Catherine II (Е II) surmounted by an Imperial crown, enclosed within a wreath of oak and laurel branches tied at the base. The date 1793 is inscribed to either side of the monogram within the wreath. No peripheral legend is present; the design is bold and deeply struck in the characteristic style of late 18th-century Russian copper coinage. |
