Reverse description A crowned Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed with wings spread, each head surmounted by a small crown and both beneath a central large imperial crown. The eagle's breast bears an oval shield with the Moscow arms. The denomination ПОЛУПОЛТИННИКЪ is inscribed in the circular legend around the eagle, with the date split across the upper field flanking the central crown. Mint master initials appear in the lower field beneath the eagle's tail.
