| Obverse description | Draped and crowned bust of Empress Elizabeth I facing right, wearing imperial regalia including a pearl-trimmed crown and jeweled bodice. The effigy is rendered in a baroque portrait style with fine hair detail. A circular Cyrillic legend surrounds the bust along the rim, abbreviated to read 'By the Grace of God, Elizabeth I, Empress and Autocrat of All Russia.' The mint mark СПБ (St. Petersburg) appears in the lower field beneath the bust. |
