Reverse description The crowned arms of Poland-Lithuania occupy the central field, displaying a quartered shield with the Polish eagle and Lithuanian horseman, surmounted by a royal crown topped with a cross. The shield is supported on either side by elaborate foliate and laurel branch ornaments. The mint master's initials E-B appear in the lower exergual area flanking a decorative rosette, with the date 1783 integrated into the surrounding legend. The circular legend denotes the fineness standard of twenty coins to the Cologne mark of pure silver.
