Reverse description Crowned Polish eagle displayed with wings spread, bearing a small shield on its breast, occupying the central field. The eagle is depicted in the characteristic heraldic style of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, with elaborate feather detail on the wings and tail. The circular Latin legend MON · AVREA · REG · POL · is distributed around the periphery, accompanied by the date (1660, 1661, or 1662 depending on the year of issue) incorporated within the legend in the upper field. The reverse is bordered by a milled rim consistent with the obverse.
