Obverse description Left-facing bearded bust of King Leopold II of Belgium in high relief, set within a circular beaded surround with radiating rays filling the field, flanked by scrollwork and oak and olive branches in relief. Below, a rectangular cartouche bears the legend in four lines, with the engraver's signature PAUL FISCH inscribed in the exergue and a small workshop mark at lower left.
