| Obverse description | Rectangular gilt plaquette depicting the emblem of the Čakovec Volunteer Fire Department in high relief: a firefighter's helmet surmounted by a five-pointed star and crossed axes, above a stylized fire station building, all enclosed within a laurel wreath. The dates 1875 and 1985 appear in the upper corners of the field, commemorating the 110th anniversary of the society.
