Obverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a cross pattée with fleur-de-lis terminals divides the field into four quarters. The cross is rendered in a bold, flat relief characteristic of late-medieval Italian hammered billon coinage. A circular Latin legend surrounds the inner circle in the outer field, reading DOMINVS PISAVRI (Lord of Pesaro), with individual words separated by pellet stops. The legends are somewhat crudely struck, reflecting the artisanal nature of hammered piccioli production in the late fifteenth century.

Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a pair of prominently rendered bat wings are displayed symmetrically, serving as the heraldic device of Costanzo Sforza, Lord of Pesaro. The wings are depicted in high relief with stylized feather detailing, filling the inner field. A circular Latin legend in the outer field reads CONSTANTIVS SF (Costanzo Sforza), punctuated by pellet stops. The overall style is consistent with the artisanal hammered technique typical of minor Italian lordship coinage of the period.
