Obverse description Central field displays the Albani family coat of arms surmounted by the crossed papal keys and pontifical tiara, with a cherub's face rendered at the base of the tiara. The papal arms are presented in an ornate heraldic style typical of early 18th-century Roman coinage. In the exergue, the civic arms of Ferrara appear dividing the inscription FER / RARIA alongside the date. The encircling legend names the pontiff and regnal year.

Reverse description A four-line Latin scriptural legend is displayed above the coat of arms of Cardinal Casoni, the papal legate of Ferrara, the entire composition enclosed within an ornate baroque cartouche. A cherub's face is prominently placed at the base of the cardinal's arms, mirroring the decorative vocabulary of the obverse. The heraldic cartouche is elaborately rendered in the baroque manner characteristic of papal coinage of this period. The religious motto drawn from the Psalms encircles and crowns the armorial design.
