| Reverse description | Frontal bust of a bishop in pontifical vestments, holding a crozier to either side, presented in schematic relief typical of Friesach-type bracteate-influenced pfennigs. The episcopal figure is encircled by an ornamental border composed of alternating crosses and pellets or stars, forming a decorative inner ring around the central effigy. The composition reflects the ecclesiastical authority of the Archbishopric of Salzburg under whose auspices this issue was struck. No legend is present. |
