Obverse description Full-length frontal effigy of a standing bishop in ecclesiastical vestments, holding a book in his left hand and a crozier in his right. The figure is rendered in the flat, stylized Romanesque manner typical of Friesach-type bracteate coinage. A circular legend in Latin characters is confined between two concentric beaded or linear circles forming the border.
