Reverse description The reverse displays an incuse mirror image of the obverse type, consistent with the thin bracteate-style fabric of this Carinthian pfennig. A faint impression of an animal figure, tentatively identified as a panther facing left, is discernible within a shallow inner circle. The overall surface is worn and weakly struck, with the design details largely indistinct due to the thinness of the planchet. No legend or lettering is present. The irregular flan edge is characteristic of hammered coinage of the mid-thirteenth century.
