Obverse description Bracteate-style design featuring a large diamond-shaped frame set within the round flan, enclosing a central stylized rosette or spiral motif in low relief. The geometric arrangement of the diamond against the plain field is characteristic of late 13th-century Styrian hammered pfennigs. The irregular flan edge is typical of hand-struck medieval coinage of this period.
