Reverse description Two facing busts depicted side by side beneath an architectural canopy or arch, rendered in a crude but characteristic Romanesque style associated with Carinthian pfennigs of the late 13th century. The figures appear to represent episcopal or regal personages, consistent with the iconographic traditions of the St. Veit mint. Small cross or ornamental elements flank the figures in the field. No surrounding legend is present. The irregular flan and low relief are typical of hammered coinage of this period.
