| Obverse description | Central field dominated by a large eight-pointed star or cross pattée with prominent raised arms radiating from a central boss, enclosed within a plain inner circle. Small pellets or ornamental elements occupy the interstices between the star's points. The surrounding field between the inner circle and the irregular flan edge is plain. The design is executed in bold, high-relief hammered style typical of medieval Austrian bracteate-influenced pfennigs from the St. Veit mint. |

| Reverse description | The reverse displays a similar eight-pointed star or cross pattée motif in incuse or lower relief, a characteristic feature of this double-sided hammered pfennig type, with the design showing through as a mirror impression of the obverse due to the thin flan and hammering technique. A partial inner circle border is discernible, consistent with the obverse arrangement. The surface is somewhat worn and uneven, as expected for circulated medieval coinage of this period. No legible inscription is present on the reverse. |
