Reverse description A stylized bridge occupies the lower portion of the field, above which a stag's head is displayed in profile or facing. Two crenellated towers flank the composition on either side, each rising above the ends of the bridge. A six-pointed rosette appears above the stag's head at the apex of the design. The entire device is enclosed within a double ring of pearls forming the border, typical of the refined decorative vocabulary of Salzburg regional pfennig coinage of the early 13th century.
