Obverse description Full-length figure of a standing bishop facing forward, holding a crozier in his right hand and a book in his left hand; the feet of the figure extend below the baseline into the inscription area. The design is enclosed within two concentric circles, between which a Latin legend is placed around the periphery. The style is characteristic of 13th-century Austrian bracteate-influenced hammered coinage, with flat, schematic rendering of the ecclesiastical figure.
