| Obverse description | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic legend in calligraphic script, reading 'The just sultan Murad Khan son of Selim Khan,' struck on a small, irregularly shaped flan typical of Ottoman hammered silver coinage. The lettering is arranged in horizontal registers across the coin's face, with characteristic angular and cursive forms of the Arabic script.
