Obverse description Crudely struck copper flan bearing a prominent trishul (trident) symbol in the upper field, rendered in a bold, deeply impressed style characteristic of hammered Maratha copper coinage. Flanking the trishul are two stylised floral or foliate roundels. The lower portion of the field contains a horizontal band housing the Persian mint and regnal legend in Nastaliq script. The overall design exhibits the irregular, rustic aesthetic typical of provincial copper issues struck at the Srinagar mint under Maratha authority in the name of the Mughal emperor Shah Alam II.

Obverse lettering مانوس میمنت سنه جلوس ضرب سرینگر
Reverse description Plain or minimally detailed copper field with scattered die-flow lines and surface texture resulting from the hammered striking process. The reverse shows faint traces of a Persian legend arranged in registers, heavily worn and largely illegible, consistent with the crude production standards of Maratha provincial copper paise. The flan is irregular in outline with a rough, granular surface typical of cast or crudely prepared copper blanks used at the Srinagar mint.
