Reverse description A double-lined cross pattée divides the reverse field into four quadrants, each containing a heraldic symbol: a royal crown at the top, the Hungarian stripes (barry) at the bottom, and the Bohemian lion and another dynastic emblem in the lateral quarters. The composition reflects the multi-kingdom claims of Ladislaus V as ruler of Hungary, Bohemia, and Austria. Mint marks appear in the angles of the cross. The flan is irregular and the strike is typical of hammered medieval coinage, with a plain border.
