Obverse description Fourfold quartered shield bearing the arms of the composite Habsburgian-Hungarian realm: the Árpád dynastic stripes, the Hungarian double cross, the Dalmatian leopard heads, and the Bohemian lion. An inescutcheon at center displays the Austrian fess. Three rosettes are distributed around the shield in the field. The design is unaccompanied by any date or legend, characteristic of this small hammered denomination.
