| Obverse description | Facing crowned royal bust rendered in crude hammered style, the crown depicted with a simple tiered or stepped form. Flanking the bust on either side is a double cross, their arms extending toward the coin's periphery. A crescent appears above the head in the upper field. The design is executed in the characteristic archaic manner of early Árpád-dynasty coinage, with no legend. |

| Reverse description | Central plain cross with a pellet or dot at each of its four angles, occupying the center of the field. Eight outward-curving foliate tendrils or leaf-like ornaments radiate from the central cross design, filling the surrounding field in a symmetrical, decorative arrangement typical of early Hungarian medieval bracteate-influenced coinage. No legend is present. |
