| Obverse description | Forepart of Pegasus advancing to the right, rendered in archaic Greek style with bold, compact relief. The winged horse displays characteristic folded wings along the body, with the foreleg raised and the head turned slightly upward. The design fills the flan with confidence despite the small module, reflecting the competent die-cutting tradition of Cilician mints of the late fifth century BC. |
